Safe Shopping Guarantee
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
ShirtsByMail.com is Scam & Fraud Aware. We log IP addresses, use Address Verification Systems and do not accept orders from Nigeria or Indonesia. For Orders out of the USA, Credit Card Verification will be required. Orders outside the USA via Credit Card will be required to have bank name and phone number as well as the CVV number found on the card. We WILL NOT stand for Credit Card Fraud!

Order Confirmation, Pricing and Product Availability
ShirtsByMail.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 2-3 business days. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an email stating more details. Items shipped by UPS Ground may take longer, depending on your location. Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process. Ask your Customer Service Representatives for shipping details when you place your order.

Shipping Rates and Policies:
All items are shipped from Nashville, TN 37143. All shipping charges are automatically calculated and added to your order. Unless you have made prior arrangements, items are shipped UPS or USPS, specified by your order. Shipping charges are calculated using the UPS shipping tables that drive the UPS Quick Cost Calculator on UPS's web site. There is a slight chance that the UPS web site may be down or unreachable occasionally. If the site cannot be contacted, shipping will not be calculated but you will be allowed to place your order. Delivery time is usually 3-10 business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse (depending on item availability). We're sorry, but shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. If you select First Class Mail, it will be sent USPS 2-3 Day Priority with delivery confirmation.

Return Policy
We take pride in providing the best products and the highest quality. Every shirt and gift is prepared with your satisfaction in mind. If you have a product arrive at your location damaged by the carrier, we ask that you file a claim with UPS Ground or USPS. They will issue you a claim number. We ask that you email us with that number and we will reship your order. In the case of defective products, email us and we will either credit or replace the product based on the information provided. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us.
